SHIPPING / RETURNS

We are a made on demand shop, meaning orders are made as they are received. 

 

Some items will ship out within 3-5 days such as stickers, mugs, patches, license plate frames.

 

Other orders will take longer (5-12 days) to make such as DTG Printed shirt and hoodies, Embroidery hats, Tie Dyed Items.  These items take longer due to the process needed to make each item. 

Shipping- We ship all items via the USPS.  Items under 16oz will ship First Class Mail (3-5 days) and anything over 16oz will ship Priority Mail (2-3 days).  Please note that the USPS might have delays due to C19 outbreak in certain areas.  Items might stay "In Transit" for a longer period of time but rest assured it will arrive.

Returns- We only accept returns on item if there is an issues with your order, such as sent wrong item, sent wrong size, item was damaged or defective.  You must contact us within 7 day of receiving the item to get approval. Item must still be new, unworn and it new condition for use to accept returns.  You are responsible for return shipment unless there was a mistake on our part such as sending out the wrong item, size, color or defect.  We DO NOT accept returns for "change of mind" or "no longer need".  Once your return is received and inspected, a refund will be issued.
